We are hiring a Legal Secretary to join our growing legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing case files, records, and documentation
- Scheduling court dates, client meetings, and appointments
- Handling emails, calls, and official communications
- Assisting lawyers with daily administrative and legal work
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a law firm (preferred)
- Good command of English & Arabic (reading & writing)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and official correspondence
- Maintain and organize physical and digital case files and client records
- Coordinate court dates, hearings, client meetings, and internal schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and official communications
- Assist lawyers with case preparation, submissions, and follow-ups
- Liaise with courts, government authorities, and external parties when required
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations of the firm
Must Have
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment
- Strong command of Arabic and English (reading, writing, and drafting)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email correspondence
- Ability to draft and format legal documents professionally
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience with Saudi courts, Najiz, Absher, or government portals
- Knowledge of basic legal terminology and procedures
- Experience in commercial, corporate, or labor law matters
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prior experience in a corporate or professional services firm
