By proceeding with onboarding and accessing this platform, I hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

I consent to the collection, use, processing, and secure storage of all personal, legal, and financial information submitted through this software by Ryiadat al Amaal Law Firm, its authorized representatives, and licensed attorneys, for the purpose of providing legal services, case management, regulatory filing, and related legal support.

I authorize and grant legal power of attorney (Wakala) to Ryiadat al Amaal Law firm and its duly licensed lawyers to represent me in all legal, judicial, regulatory, and administrative matters as may be necessary for the legal services being undertaken. This includes the authority to prepare and file legal documents, communicate with government authorities and third parties, appear before courts or regulatory bodies, and take all necessary actions within the scope of representation.

I understand that this authorization shall remain valid for the duration of the legal engagement or until I expressly revoke it in writing, subject to applicable laws and professional conduct obligations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

I acknowledge that submission of my information does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship unless and until a formal engagement is accepted and confirmed by the firm in writing.
